Our tacos are made with organic + homemade flour tortillas (optional corn) that are rolled out and cooked when you order, not pre-made three weeks ago and prepackaged in some factory 1000 miles from here. They've also got fresh mango-avocado salsa, homemade lime/cilantro sour cream, homemade pickled onions and cotija cheese (No, sadly we don't make our own cheese. Yet.)

Our pizzas our made with a custom 00 flour blend and a 48 hour aged dough, homemade sauce and toppings like burrata, prosciutto, balsamic glaze, fig preserves other super yummy stuff. 

We will have a few other things, too. Almost all of it homemade. Because if we're not making it ourselves, what's the point? 

breakfast pizza (because if you can have the most important meal of the day in the form of a pizza, wouldn't you kind of have to do that?)

liege waffles (yes, we make them in house)

giant meatballs (yes, we make them in house)

mac + cheese (yes, we make it in house)

chips + guac (yes, we make them both in house)

ice cream (yes, we'll make it in house)

buttermilk fried chicken + waffles (well, we don't raise our own chickens, but still)

beer (not homemade, but still good)

margaritas (special secret recipe involving mangos, cilantro + Serrano peppers and, of course, tequila)
