At food + drink we believe in making the best tasting food we can. That's why we have such a limited menu. We make almost every single thing we offer in-house from scratch and that takes a lot of work. But we think it's worth it.

Our tacos are made with organic + homemade flour tortillas that are rolled out and cooked when you order, not pre-made three weeks ago and prepackaged in some factory 1000 miles from here. They've also got fresh mango-avocado salsa, homemade lime/cilantro sour cream, homemade pickled onions and cotija cheese (Sadly we don't make our own cheese. At least not yet.)

Our pizzas are made with a custom 00 flour blend, an 18 hour starter and a 48 hour aged dough, homemade sauce and toppings like burrata, prosciutto, balsamic glaze, fig preserves and other super yummy stuff. Like bacon.

Our Liege waffles, well, you'll have to see for yourself but watching someone take their first bite of a food + drink Liege waffle is one of the best parts of our day.

It will probably be a few weeks, but we will have a few specials here and there, too. Almost all of it homemade. Because if we're not making it ourselves, what's the point?

breakfast pizza (because if you can have the most important meal of the day in the form of a pizza, wouldn't you kind of have to do that?)

liege waffles (yes, we make them in house)

giant meatballs (yes, we make them in house)

mac + cheese (yes, we make it in house)

chips + guac (yes, we make them both in house)

buttermilk fried chicken + liege waffles (well, we don't raise our own chickens, but still)

beer (not homemade, but still good)

margaritas (special secret recipes involving mangos, cucumbers, pomegranates and, of course, 100% blue agave tequila)
