Sure, the Margherita is basically a cheese pizza, but it's kinda fancy, too, right? What with the "fior di latte" and all. Like, why can't we just say ovoline mozzarella? Because that's annoying, too probably. Anyway, back to the cheese pizza in question: Whether it's for the kids because they're picky, or you because you are, nothing wrong with a plain ol' cheese pizza. Especially on our dough.
