I've tried more than 30 different flours and at least a dozen lards and this is the best combo Ive found and the only tortilla I (used to) serve in the restaurant. You get the jar of lard (14oz) and a proportional matching amount of flour (1589 grams) you just need to add warm water and a little salt. If you don't have salt, let us know in the notes and we'll include that, too, but come on, you should have salt.
And here's a vid on how to actually do it. My apologies for my attempts at cleverness.
In a perfect world, you'd order this with a pizza so we know how and when to do pick up, but if you don't want a pizza (WHAT?) just be sure to include your cell and hopefully we can aim for a pick up during our regular hours, Wed - Sun 4-9pm
And yes, it's expensive, but it's basically my cost- this lard is very pricey, but very yummy. I bought a ton of it since we were finally starting to do our tacos the week before the shit hit the fan. I'm not looking to profit on this stuff, just hoping to get my investment back since I don't expect to be able to use it for a few months.
