It's not a taco because it's a pizza crust instead of a tortilla, but with all the toppings of our never-got-a-chance-to-be-famous-because-we-won't-do-them-to-go pork tacos. What toppings are those? Glad you asked.
First, the pizza dough gets a layer of mozzarella and cotija cheese and a good portion of our 9 hour slow roasted shredded pork. When it comes out of the oven we add our mango-avocado salsa, homemade lime-cilantro sour cream, homemade pickled onions, a little more cotija and a few diced Serranos. Gee, I wonder if it's yummy?
