We've had two pizzas with prosciutto on our menu since Day One, but both are a bit unusual, what with the whole no tomato sauce thing. So I figured we should add one that has both tomato sauce and prosciutto just to cover our bases. Not sure what to call it yet, it is pretty similar to a pizza I ate quite a few of in a little cafe in Cannes last year while I was there for the film festival (name drop!) so maybe I'll see if I can look up what they called it there. In the meantime:
San Marzano tomato sauce, mozzarella, bake, then add the aforementioned prosciutto, arugula fresh shaved parmesan and, if you choose, a bog ol' 4 ounce ball of burrata plopped right in the center.
